Unemployment among the under-privileged women has been a factor to the escalating incidents of domestic abuse in North 24 Parganas District of West Bengal. Through this project Karma Kutir will empower 150 women by helping them achieve a steady income generation facility through their skill development training like Tailoring, Hand Embroidery, Beauty & Care, and traditional handicrafts. The beneficiaries will also be provided health & legal awareness and training on self-defence.
