While the country is still reeling under the COVID -19 pandemic, the recent Amphan cyclone, that hit West Bengal and Orissa on 20th May 2020 have ravaged the state at an unprecedented scale leaving millions of people homeless and in need of food. Our NGO partner organisation Child In Need Institute (CINI), is trying to provide immediate assistance through food and dry ration to the communities living on daily wages. These communities have lost their homes and livelihood and have become even more vulnerable in the current situation.
