Supporting Association for Thematic Initiatives-SATHI is a voluntary organization working to improve the lives of individuals, especially women and children belonging to marginalized sections of society. Their major thematic area of intervention is promoting community action for women empowerment and governance, livelihoods, health & nutrition.
Their intervention approach includes designing women centric interventions so as to enable women to realise their potential, take-up leadership positions and thereby work towards creating desirable changes in the larger community. They also aim to capacitate small grassroot level potential civil society organizations to ensure they collectively work for the betterment of these marginalized communities.
SATHI envision an inclusive and progressive society; where everyone is growing holistically and contributing to the mutli-dimensional human development.
